HOW TO… Release and Call Back Energy

Change Your Energy, Change Your Life
by Glenn Key

If no one has to have accidents,
why do we have them?

It was a Friday evening. My friend Faye and I were running late as we began a two-hour drive to Huntsville, Alabama, to hear my son's band perform. As we hoped to get there before he went on stage, I put "the pedal to the metal" once we got on the interstate. Talking just about as fast as I was driving, I suddenly realized the traffic ahead was going too slow, so I moved into the passing lane. Then I realized why the traffic was slow: there was a state trooper in the median strip looking right at us. I started to slam on the brakes when Faye said, "No, just keep going. We are invisible. Don't even look toward him as we pass."

Now, I had experienced manifestations of Faye's powerful electromagnetic energy before. Once, at a candlelight dinner, I had watched her make a candle flame rise nearly 10 inches and dance. Another time, from another room, she had turned on the faucet full blast in the kitchen where I was working. I remembered, too, how one night when she was at her home she flushed all the toilets in my home one by one. When Faye was younger, she had studied in New York with a Master metaphysician who had helped develop her gifts. I knew her capabilities. So, when she told me to keep driving, I did exactly what she said. We were never followed.

My son had a story about one night when his wife was driving their vehicle and he began to snooze -- only to open his eyes to find that her eyes were closed. And yet, the car was moving down the road in perfect fashion. It reminded me of an incident Shirley MacLaine related in her book Out on a Limb about being with a friend who was driving a rattletrap pick-up truck down a one-lane narrow unpaved treacherous mountain road in Peru. She looked over at him and screamed. He had taken his hands off the wheel, and yet the truck proceeded down the mountain without incident.

How can these things be happening in people's lives? Are they somehow different from the rest of us? Not so. For all these stories are about energy. Energy is the ability to make something happen. Everything holds energy - wood, metals, stones, animals, humans. We absorb both positive and negative energies into our energy or auric fields, and what is in our auras strongly affects what happens to us. Likewise, we are influenced by the energies surrounding us.

Many highly-tuned people see auras. Animals and babies see energy fields. If your baby or pet does not want to be around someone, it's a good idea not to force them; there may be something negative -- perhaps just a thought -- that your baby or pet sees in the aura. Auras change in shape and color as our emotions change. Great breakthroughs are happening in this field, and I believe we will all be amazed at what technology will reveal about our energy levels in the future.

In The Celestine Prophecy, author James Redfield presents nine insights, all of which demonstrate how raising your energy level can change your life. He demonstrated how by sending energy to plants, a group of individuals were able to literally watch them grow. In the last insight, the group combined their energy to make themselves invisible.

This is not just something others can do. You can enter a higher vibratory level in your everyday life. Start by realizing that you are a spiritual being in a physical body and that this High Force is within you. You were born with it. It is our own doubts, fears, and self-destructive thoughts that separate us from the flow of energy in our lives.

Shirley MacLaine relates another story in Out on a Limb when she was in Peru in a natural hot spring, experiencing her first conscious out of body trip. She was soaring among the planets and saw one at a distance. She wondered if the "silver cord" connecting her to her physical body back in the hot spring would reach that far. With that one limited thought, she landed immediately back in her body. This is an extreme example of how even one slightly negative thought can affect our energy level!

When we can raise our energy vibrations to a higher level, we will not have accidents or even illnesses. We will not need to go there! We will arrive too late, the accident will have already happened.

Everything that happens has a vibration oscillation, a metaphysical speed per millionth of a second. For example, imagine you are at a happy family gathering and the average vibration speed is 40,000 cycles per second. Suddenly an argument ensues and everyone takes sides; the energy level plummets to 18,000 cycles per second. The majority of the group disperses, but in the rush to get away, one angry driver backs into another car. While the others have left the group with forgiveness, their level has come back up to 30,000 cycles. A simple thought of love made them escape the fender bender.

Several years ago, I was at a psychic fair and had been busy all day doing readings. It was Valentine's Day evening and some of the group asked me to have dinner with them. Guessing dinner would entail a long wait, I opted to go back to my hotel alone. I was tired and depressed. Since I had not received any phone calls, flowers, or cards from anyone, I was having a major pity party driving toward my hotel. The streets were crowded, for in a college town on Valentine's Day, it seemed everyone wanted to party. I made a right turn one block from the hotel at the same time another car made a left turn and we sideswiped each other. There was virtually no damage to the other car, but I had $900 damage to my beautiful car. No one was hurt, except my feelings. Why did this avoidable accident happen? I knew instantly. What a painful, costly, pity party I had! But it taught me never to start my car without consciously raising my vibrations to a level higher than accidents.

How can we create this high energy and keep it within us? We might begin by training our minds and feelings to find the positive in every situation. Love is another way we keep our vibrations strong. As we give love to ourselves and it spreads outward to others, we vibrate at a higher cycle. When we project our positive loving energy onto others, whether in person or telepathically, it raises our own vibration level and brings changes with the other person as well.

One of the simplest suggestions I give clients is what I call the Ten Second Recharge. This can be done at home when tensions arise, at your desk or in the restroom at work, or even at a stoplight -- but don't close your eyes or take your foot off the brake. Simply open the palms of your hands and think, "I inhale peace, I exhale negativity." Continue doing this slowly until you feel your vibration level change. This works, trust me!

Some people hold an especially significant stone to increase their vibration energy. Practice and find what works best for you. Affirmations and praying a special prayer that includes the high vibrational words of LOVE, I AM and the word for GOD in any language raise my energy.

I was in an ice storm with my son and his family several years ago. Everyone was scared and I realized we were prime for an accident if the fear manifestations continued. I started saying my protection prayer very softly and soon everyone stopped whining. We made it to our destination safely and calm. About a year later, about to fly to Disney World, my little grandson whispered to me, "Have you prayed your prayer yet?" I replied that I always prayed it as the plane goes down the runway.

Change your vibrations and you change your life! It is worth it. Little by little, we can change the energy of Alaska and our planet. No one has to be sick. No one has to have an accident. I do not mean that we will not have challenges in our lives, for these are ways in which we grow. However, when we are vibrating at hundreds, even thousands of cycles per second, we will just float through our learning experiences. Like a magnet, we will automatically draw to ourselves the right job and money, the right mate and friends, and all the perfect things we need to fulfill our purpose here.

TAO Energy

Because this technique of energy manipulation
occurs on such a profound level, time and distance
is of no consequence.

Energy is the source of life! When energy is sufficient and properly balanced, we function at our best. When it is not, variations of poor performance can and do occur. TAO Energy is the study of techniques of energy mastery and control.

Domingo was only 12 days old. He had suffered colic since birth, and he and his mother hadn't slept for more than an hour at a time. Both were stressed and exhausted. The treatment to Domingo and his mother took approximately ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later, Domingo was sound asleep. Ten minutes after that, his mother went to sleep. They both enjoyed a full eight consecutive hours of rest! When they awoke, they began their new schedule and life together in peace.

Yolanda came to stay with her cousin for the weekend. Upon entering the doorway, she discovered that her cousin had three big furry cats. Though Yolanda had been terribly allergic to cats since childhood, her cousin treated her allergy on the spot and Yolanda spent the weekend without any reaction. Yolanda found this amazing, since all three cats decided to sleep with her! She has been free from her allergy to cats ever since.

Most ailments begin from an imbalance or blockage of energy in the physical, mental and/or emotional levels. Energy blockages can come from stress, anxiety, anger, fear, worry, or guilt. They may also manifest in reaction to environmental pollutants, medications, food coloring, and additives, just to name a few sources. When an imbalance becomes too great, the energy manifests into the physical. This imbalance can take the form of a simple cold to a heart attack to cancer.

TAO Energy facilitates healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels with immediate results.

It is often said that we utilize only 10% of our mind power. TAO Energy focuses upon the 90% that remains a mystery.

During a treatment session, the patient discloses his or her symptoms and the practitioner asks pertinent questions. The patient is told to relax and simply be as open as possible. The patient may sit in a chair or lay down, whichever is more comfortable. The practitioner begins treatment by accessing the energy fields of the patient.

The TAO Energy technique facilitates a communication between patient and practitioner on the "Xen" level. This is the psychic-telepathic field where the source of the ailment or problem is stored. The practitioner removes blockages causing the problem, releasing the patient's "Qi" (also known as "Chi" or vital energy) to flow once again.

If the patient is sensitive to energy, he/she may experience the Qi moving in the form of heat, tingling, pulsation, etc. These sensations vary and are different for each individual.

The results, however, are the same. Within minutes, the ailment starts to change. Most patients are completely healed within one to three treatments.

The practitioner experiences no discomfort or depletion of energy during the treatment. The practitioner is able to administer unlimited treatments without adverse effects to his/her own energy fields.

Because this technique of energy manipulation occurs on such a profound level, time and distance is of no consequence. Practitioners can heal remotely from any distance with immediate results. This is not a placebo effect, nor the power of suggestion. TAO Energy has demonstrable successful results with infants, children, adults and animals.

Calvin's severe reaction to lactose products made his eyes swollen and itchy, his nose congested with mucus, his throat scratchy, and his lungs wheezy, not to mention an overall throbbing headache. After a five-minute treatment, however, Calvin found he was no longer lactose intolerant. He is now enjoying the pizza and ice cream he'd missed all his life!

Eric hurt his knees playing football in college. For the past ten years, he could enjoy his athleticism only through coaching. As his pain and discomfort continued to grow, he was considering surgery - something he had avoided because there were no guarantees on its success. After a series of three TAO Energy treatments conducted over the telephone, Eric began running and playing basketball again.

TAO Energy integrates East with West by combining medical concepts of physiology and anatomy with energy manipulation techniques and controls into one simple, applicable format that anyone can learn. Utilizing a system of connecting points based on neuro-kinesiology and quantum physics, TAO Energy does not require drugs, medications, herbs, needles, or physical contact and is totally painless while achieving immediate results. People from all walks of life are able to apply TAO Energy to themselves and others within their first Basic Level weekend intensive seminar. Health care professionals find TAO Energy an invaluable adjunct to their craft.

TAO Energy has completely cured many patients of addictions, allergies, arthritis, asthma, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic neck-back-hip-and knee pain, cysts, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, gall stones, gastritis, high blood pressure, hives, hypertension, immune deficiency, inguinal hernias, insomnia, jaundice, memory disorders, migraine headaches, neuropathy, osteoporosis, pain, sciatica, thyroid disorders, ulcers, urinary ailments, and weight disorders.

In short, TAO Energy is the study of the human energy spectrum and its development to achieve maximum power potential.

Beyond Counseling
by Elizabeth Wallmann

What we think of as matter is simply
energetic patterns frozen in time..

We are more than our bodies. We are more than our minds. As human beings, we are also a multidimensional expression of energy and energy systems.

Western science recognizes the inextricable link between the brain and the body. For more than half a century, conventional medicine has known that what we think changes our chemistry, which then affects our body. The basic concepts of Stress and Stress Management follow these lines. Newer research fields such as Psychoneuroimmunology are the result of growing attempts to link the connection between disease, health and our thinking.

The body directly translates what we think and feel. Chemical changes occur in the brain as a result of perception. Thus, very literally, what you think becomes what you are. In addition, your body remembers. Muscles remember training. Muscles also remember trauma, and that remembrance can be from either physical or emotional trauma.

But where do the thoughts or programs of perception come from? If you think simply from the brain, guess again. There are energetic systems which directly link to the body and interface with the body/mind connection. For example, the Chinese recognized the Meridian systems 6,000 years ago as an integral agent of health.

In recent years, there has been a focus of understanding and applying the concepts of physics, energy, and thought. For example, several leading research studies are illustrating the power of one's intention and positive thinking on cancer and AIDS patients. From a scientific standpoint, it is becoming abundantly clear that what we think, both toward others and ourselves has a direct impact on the physical plane.

Why is this so? To understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and reality, it is important to bring in the concept of what Albert Einstein called “subtle energy” systems of the body. What we think of as matter is simply energetic patterns frozen in time. It is also important to bear in mind that matter can be a particle or wave. It depends on the way we measure (observe) it. In this framework, emotions are believed to result from the influence of electromagnetic energy created by our thoughts and the electrical and chemical changes that occur within our body.

Now, how can working with “energy” or energy systems affect our emotional life? The term ‘thought field therapies’ has been applied to a growing body of approaches to healing. Thought field therapies are based on an understanding of quantum effects, energy and the meridian systems of the body. Thought field therapies address the ways thought energy overlap with the physical, and keep us in “thinking loops.”

The application of energy medicine to conventional treatments is a blooming field. One example has been termed meridian based psychotherapy, or simply Energy Psychology. This emerging family has its origins from disciplines that include meridian based healing techniques (such as acupuncture and acupressure), Applied and Clinical Kinesiology, and Rapid Eye Movement Desensitization. The treatments are designed to clear unwanted beliefs through incorporating “energy medicine” with psychological foundations. More importantly, addressing psychological distress through energetic means appears to transform negative beliefs and trauma-based reactions faster than traditional counseling techniques.

The use of acupressure or acupoint stimulation in connection with psychological distress is based on the work of three key figures. George Goodheart (1975), John Diamond (1978), and Roger Callahan (1983) each provided some of the important foundational work for energy field therapies. George Goodheart was a Chiropractic physician who developed Behavioral Kinesiology. John Diamond’s background was in psychiatric medicine. Diamond recognized the importance of using affirmations in conjunction with tapping (or meridian stimulation) to clear psychological distress. Roger Callahan, a psychologist, advanced these works with Thought Field Therapy, which was marketed as a form of psychotherapy in the 1990s. Subsequently, there have been many offshoots from this original work, such as: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT); Be Set Free Fast (BSFF); Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT); Individualized Energy Psychotherapy, and Emotional Self-Management (ESM). Part of this expansion is due to advances in understanding how thought and energy work within the systems of memory in the mind/body.

In 1995, Gary Craig developed Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Part of his mission was to simplify the work of Roger Callahan, as well as bring EFT techniques to the general public. EFT can be learned by anyone! It is simple, fast, and effective treatment for a wide variety of psycho-energetic disturbances. It can be used in the recovery of previous trauma, out-dated belief systems, and transcend memory that is still held in the body. EFT can be used easily and effectively with any other treatment modality to aid in overall efficiency.

Conventionally speaking, we know that you cannot separate the body from the mind. If the body is sick, the mind will be affected. If the mind is sick, the body will show symptoms. Science is recognizing the inextricable link between the brain and the body. The body directly translates what we think and what we feel. Chemical changes occur in the brain based on our perceptions. The cells of the body will remember things that the brain may choose to ignore. Our body remembers training and trauma, which can be stored in our muscles as well as other subtle energy systems. By addressing the energetic of thought and thought forms, we can alter thinking patterns that are not serving us in healthy ways. In addition, by addressing thought energy, we directly affect our physical health.

There are a number of ways anyone can learn these valuable techniques. A great deal of information can be found on the Internet. Two notable sites are www.emofree.com and www.tat-intl.com, both of which include simple step-by-step processes for releasing emotional distress.

Consider addressing the subtle energies and potential blocks when undergoing any form of healing. Energy treatments are non-invasive and do not interfere with conventional treatments. In fact, many times addressing energy systems may significantly contribute to whatever healing modality you are currently using.

Remember the prediction of ages past: “As the heart thinketh, so shall ye be.” If you shape your thinking and feeling in directions that serve your life, your life will serve you in miraculous ways.

The Art of Energy

Positive thinking is only the beginning…

Two gentlemen, unacquainted, awaited with anticipation the results of their medical examinations and laboratory tests. Both had chronic coughs and shortness of breath. Both were cigarette smokers.

Mr. Smith was diagnosed with lung cancer at such an advanced stage that it would probably have little or no success even if aggressively treated with chemotherapy or radiation. The doctors estimated a life expectancy of six to nine months.

Mr. Brown was given a more moderate diagnosis. He had a bronchial infection, the result of heavy smoking and lack of exercise. He was advised to quit smoking immediately and clean up his lifestyle. As he left the doctor’s office, he threw out his remaining cigarettes and embarked upon a commitment to change. He began an exercise program that included walking and light aerobics; changed his diet to healthier, more natural foods and started exploring various ways to improve the quality of his life. On the rare occasion that Mr. Brown visited the doctor, he would receive a clean bill of health as his overall condition was always excellent.

Mr. Smith, on the other hand, was not so lucky. He passed away approximately eight months after his diagnosis, just as expected.

A decade had passed when the discovery of a clerical mistake was uncovered. The results of the medical examinations and laboratory tests of the two gentlemen had accidentally been switched. Mr. Brown received Mr. Smith’s results and vice versa.

What does this tell us? What valuable lesson can be learned from this twist of fate?

The power of our mind is omnipotent! How was it possible for Mr. Brown to survive the advanced stage of cancer that he had, unbeknownst to him? The operative word is, “unbeknownst.” The cancer was not part of his conscious reality; he had no idea that it existed within his body. That alone did not save him, however; coupled with his aggressive commitment to a healthy way of life, he was able to heal himself of a fatal disease.

Mr. Smith believed the diagnosis wholeheartedly. His mind accepted his destiny without challenge. His resignation to imminent death caused the life force to withdraw from within. He had neither will nor desire to live, thus permitting himself to expire, even though he was actually a healthy man.

The way we direct our thoughts determines our fate. We have conscious choices to make that will influence our perception of a condition or situation. Think of the positive values in a situation, not the negative! Take a pro-active role in your development and productive growth. If we realize the magnitude of our mind’s power, we can harness and direct this power to our advantage. “Mind over matter” is the thought power that can make miracles happen when your mind is inspired and determined. By contrast, if not so inspired, your mind can make your body inert, accident prone, even ill.

Fortunately, it is a two-way street: mind/body, body/mind. In other words, if your mind cannot inspire the body, let the body transform the mind. When we are mentally depressed, stressed, or emotionally challenged, rather than resigning to the mind, let the body take over. Get up and go for a walk; do some form of vigorous exercise that will change the chemistry in the brain, releasing endorphins and antihistamines. Your mental state and disposition will change by shifting the body. Don’t you always notice how much better you feel after a work out?

It takes discipline to make these shifts. Positive thinking is only the beginning. It isn’t an illusion of well being. It is a commitment to it. We must assess our priorities and steadfastly head toward them whether we’re feeling good or not so good. You always have a choice – so, be smart! It begins with a simple thought.

Right thought leads to speaking right words, which leads to right action. Right on!

Will Power and Discipline

…this seems to go against everything that is logical, for surely
the harder we try the more we should gain, not lose.

In the energetic universe, there is a natural law of reverse effect. Understanding how reverse effect works in our psyche can help us understand our psychological world much better. Why? In short, reverse effect can really get in the way of achieving goals, disciplining children, and in all our negative interactions with others at various times.

To state the gist of reverse effect simply: the harder one consciously tries to do something, the more difficult it is to succeed. Indeed, just the word 'try' implies that you aren't going to make it. You can try forever and still not get off the ground. Of course, this seems to go against everything that is logical, for surely the harder we try the more we should gain, not lose. We can make gains from hard work once we are in motion, but the law of reverse effect creates resistance to get us moving in the first place.

When we 'try,' we gather our energy and push. Often, that energy seems to bump up against some cosmic wall and boomerang right back to us. All this serves to do is push us back the way we came. It’s like the old cliché: the dance of life is two steps forward and one step back.

Still, all struggle is born from 'trying' hard. The harder you try, the harder it gets. If someone tells you they will try, ninety-nine percent of the time they won't make it. Take, for instance, a habit you want to create – a new diet or exercise program. How easy is it to follow? For most of us, it is only a matter of time before we give in and eat more than we were eating before we decided to diet. It becomes too hard to hold out against food cravings that hit us hot and heavy. It’s a similar scenario with trying to stop smoking. What happens? The struggle gets bigger; cravings become unbearable. Addiction is strong energy in motion. Try to stop its motion and it will boomerang back at you with the full power of its forward motion – in reverse. This is why it is so hard to stop any addiction.

Because we are working with a universal principle here, the law of reverse effect is some hard energy to change. It is as automatic as gravity. In most cases, you have to keep a program going for 21 days before a new habit is born. During that time, “stuff” will come up to stop you from exercising or dieting. Trying harder won't help, especially if you are only doing it because you feel you should. “I should" really means, “I don't want to,” which gives you even less forward momentum.

On the other hand, when someone says, “I'll do it” instead of “I'll try," he or she is usually willing to move through the resistance. There will always be resistance when you start a new pattern of energy and get it moving. However, another law of the physical universe shows us that an object in motion tends to stay in motion. Once you put a healthy new habit in motion, the Universe will help it stay in motion. It’s simply getting it going that can be a problem.

So, what is the solution? How do we get past the law of reverse effect?

Awareness and acceptance are the first key. Certainly, understanding the dynamic helps us to avoid struggle and frustration in the first place. When we are prepared to take on something new, with all its challenges, it will be much easier to handle. Expecting the backlash and jumping over the wave is easier than hitting it head on. We take two steps forward happily and when the one-step-back occurs, we accept it as the way things are and hold true to our course.

Another key is to make sure we really want to do something. Desire is strong energy and can cut through resistance like a sharp knife. Motivation is everything in life. You can't even get out of bed with out it! How much more motivated are we to get up in the morning when we know we are going to have a great day with something special about to happen? If we don't want to do something, however, our decision is weak. We may avoid it and put it off forever.

When we really want a certain outcome, the Universe tends to honor our intention and get behind us. Making a firm decision does much to carry us forward. Just the act of choosing puts energy into forward motion. The stronger the decision, the more the Universe supports us and the less we experience that backlash. Conversely, the less certain you are, the greater the resistance will be.

When the smoker, chronic overeater or alcoholic finally comes to the point of certainty – knowing deep inside, irrevocably, that death will be the end product of this addiction – he or she can change much easier. Hitting bottom, that person decides to live, and sees in no uncertain terms that the addiction has to go. The addiction is now in the way of a larger goal: to live.

When our certainty creates such a deep decision that it affects our soul, we invoke a state of grace. A higher law takes over and suddenly we can walk away from an addictive life and never look back. Many of us need the help of a Higher Power to do this. For a select few, it can happen from the realization and resulting decision alone.

For less extreme cases, planning a course and sticking to it will get us through the backlash of resistance easier. The slow, steady, persistent energy of a strong intention helps hold us on course and moves us through the resistance much better that trying to force something.

Last, but not least, knowing when to let go and when to hang on is a very valuable key. Letting go is not giving up. Letting go is an art, and a spiritual skill. When we let go, we automatically move out of resistance and into the flow. Letting go stops struggle. Why? For the simple reason that you can't let go and hang on at the same time. Knowing when to let go and when to hang on for all we are worth greatly increases our chance of success.

So, whether it is disciplining your children or trying to overcome an addiction, rigid control is never the answer. You just have to be smarter than the law of reverse effect.

HOW TO… Release and Call Back Energy
by Peggy Beck

Your physical body was made for your unique energy (and let’s consider that energy also equals spirit). Visualize your spirit as a bright mass of energy: a radiant, powerful sun. This mass can separate itself just as sunrays separate from the main body of the sun and travel through space and time. A sunray is still part of the sun just as your energy is still part of you.

We sometimes don’t realize that we are all connected and inter-related, exchanging energies all the time! I believe that while we were designed to share and exchange our energies, somewhere along the line the manual for human bodies which explained how to separate our energies from others was lost. Knowing the unique pattern of our energy helps us to separate and release what’s not ours; thus, our bodies have the chance to get unstuck and we can once again freely flow energy (and information) through our own body.

Consider this: We love someone—we send them energy. We’re angry with someone—we send them energy (it‘s called a psychic whack!). When we’re worried about someone, working with someone, thinking of someone, envious of someone or proud of someone, a part of our spirit (or energy) separates from us and goes to that person. No wonder we get so tired! We have just sent energy everywhere our attention has placed it! At the end of the day, we may have given, exchanged, or taken on countless bits of energies—often without awareness of it, or knowledge of how to renew our energy to carry us through all the work and play we’re meant to experience.

There are many simple ways you can release energy from others. One easy way is this: Visualize a beautiful red rose floating 20 inches away from your body, at heart level. Say aloud, “I give myself permission to release any energy that is not mine to move into that rose at a rate that is comfortable to my body.” Notice then how your body feels. Perhaps you feel a release of energy. If you’ve had an argument with someone and sense that their energy might be in your body, visualize that red rose with their name on it. Or, perhaps you sense someone’s judgment or differing opinion on how you should solve a challenge. If it’s not your energy and it causes confusion, indecision or lethargy, then let it go. Release it all to the rose. As you feel a calmness rise within, allow your heart to feel gratitude that you have the power to heal your body this way.

Once you have released energy (and information) that is not yours, you may want to “call back” your own energy. To do so, you might visualize a golden sun above your head. See it with your mind’s eye, filling in with golden light all the energy and information that you’ve sent out, given away or had taken from you. Allow that golden sun to float down into your body. Set your intent that this energy will fill everywhere that you’ve released energy.

These are powerful, initial steps to take in owning your own space. They are steps to being more certain about what you want, what you will do, and to stand your ground with your certainty and decisions. Congratulations! We need more people on this planet who know what they want to do and who they want to be in life.
